The SCC 3000 high-capacity cryogenic deflasher is built for high-volume rubber and elastomer producers who need to deflash large quantities of parts efficiently. It suits operations that have outgrown a mid-size machine and need maximum basket throughput.
What it deflashes
Using liquid nitrogen, high-speed rotation, and shot-blasted plastic media, the SCC 3000 removes flash from molded rubber, silicone, and plastic parts — O-rings, seals, gaskets, grommets, and bushings in materials such as silicone, EPDM, nitrile, and neoprene. The large contained basket keeps high part counts secure.
Built to last
Every SCC 3000 is constructed in the USA with a 304 stainless steel cabinet, shafts, transfer auger, and separator. It measures roughly 50″ wide x 34″ deep x 73″ high, weighs about 2,100 lbs, reaches -205°F using liquid nitrogen, and runs on a Siemens PLC controller.
