The Model LCC 6000 is our largest deflashing machine and the workhorse of our line — a heavy-duty belt-style cryogenic deflasher built for the most demanding production. Its chain-driven belt can pull up to 1,500 pounds, making it ideal for extra-large or very heavy parts.
Who the LCC 6000 is for
The LCC 6000 belt-style cryogenic deflasher is designed for high-volume producers of large, heavy, or bulky parts. It suits operations that need maximum throughput and continuous running, with fully automated loading and unloading.
What it deflashes
Using liquid nitrogen, high-speed rotation, and shot-blasted plastic media, the LCC 6000 removes flash from large molded rubber, silicone, and plastic parts. The reinforced belt gives heavy and oversized components the room they need to tumble freely for thorough, even deflashing.
Built to last
Every LCC 6000 is constructed in the USA with a 304 stainless steel cabinet, shafts, transfer auger, and separator. It weighs roughly 3,800 lbs, reaches -205°F using liquid nitrogen, and includes fully automated loading and unloading, with an optional inclined conveyor and vibratory unload tray.
